White Chocolate Brownies
White chocolate brownies are a light alternative to the rich chocolate brownie. We had a number of customers requesting a non-chocolate brownie similar to the blondie. We decided to be truly innovative and creative. We developed a truly unique and different brownie from any other company. This brownie is made from white chocolate and is laced with white chocolate. We add other ingredients to give it a wonderful flavor that has our customers raving. While it took over 15 years to perfect our original recipe brownie, I am happy to say this brownie came to me as an inspiration and when I finished combining the ingredients, I was stunned at the final result. I am a true chocoholic, and never really was one to stray to the white. Now I am torn, there are many days that I will prefer the white chocolate brownie.
 The flavor has been compared to a really good wedding cake. It is not as dense as the original, and is more cake like. Most of our customers in the store enjoy the white chocolate brownies for breakfast as they are lighter.
White chocolate is made from sugar, cocoa butter, and milk solids. White chocolate does not contain either cocoa solids or chocolate liquor. White chocolate has a similar melting point to chocolate which gives it the same mouth feel of chocolate. White chocolate was first developed in Switzerland after World War I. It did not become popular until the 1980's in the USA.
We continue our efforts be be truly innovative with our company, we do not try to be like any other brownie bakeries. We simply focus on one goal: To keep getting better at what we do.
