Sugar Free Brownies

We finally did it !!!!. After many years of trials and extensive taste testing, we now can offer a sugar free brownie that we are proud to attach the word AMAZING.  At our store,  we did several blind taste tests, stating only, the brownie was a new flavor.   The resounding reply was, "this brownie is AMAZING".

When they learned they had just tasted a SUGAR FREE BROWNIE, they were in total disbelief.  We use Maltitol which is a member of a family of bulk sweeteners known as polyols or sugar alcohols. It has a pleasant sweet taste--remarkably similar to Sucrose. Maltitol is about 90% as sweet as sugar, non-carcogenic and significantly reduced in calories.

One of our diabetic customers at our retail store ate one sugar free brownie every day for 30 days. Each day he ate a sugar free brownie, then tested his blood sugar level. Each time there was no change at all.  He is truly thankful to us for taking the time to develop a truly great tasting brownie that he can enjoy, now we are offering these amazing sugar free brownies to our internet clients.
